Preamble alert. Please don't throw tomatoes at me for making such a sweet little girl look so mature and serious! I swear, I was only doing my job. The gorgeous Kaitlyn is an actress, and needed some "not so girl next door" shots to suit the type of work she has been booking lately. We squeezed a few quick photos into the same shoot that I did for her beautiful mama (the post below this one.) I have to say that she is incredibly comfortable in front of the camera, as I'm sure you can tell -- which made my job an absolute breeze. Badda Bing, Badda Boom. No offence to the rest of us, but she definitely made stepping in front of the lens look like a cake walk. I think I am more of a Chandler myself (please tell me you've seen that episode of Friends!) perhaps why I am on the other side of the camera. Now I do feel the need to issue a bit of a public apology for the A-bomb that I let slip out at our session - not my classiest moment of all time. In true Nova Scotia fashion, two horses sauntered up the street (officers on their backs, they weren't just cruising the downtown streets) and I tried to snag a quick capture with Kaitlyn just for the heck of it. Then, it happened - flew right out of my mouth before I had a chance to stop it... the A-bomb... quite by accident: "Now there's a great pic of Kaitlyn, with two horses a$$*$." I mean... Derrieres. Heinies. Bums! Gosh darn it, it just sorta slipped out. Words that shouldn't have in the presence of a sweet young lady. I promptly went home, washed my mouth out with soap, and then proceeded to do the natural thing -- post the photo on Instagram. Feel free to connect with me on there, if you are so inclined!
